Summit Reached

Thank you!

On behalf of our staff, we want to thank those who attended the 2017 Medical Referral Growth Summit. The primary goal of this inaugural Summit was to bring together many referral development leaders for an event filled with focused discussions and the sharing of ideas to develop strategies to strengthen practice referral patterns. Your presence helped make this event a great success, and your positive feedback as we went along made our time together both productive and fun. We wish you all the best as you return to work and put what you've learned into practice. To view photos from the event, visit us on Facebook and stay tuned to upcoming events by connecting with us on LinkedIN.

Customer Support

Question: When is it okay to take pictures/ videos at events where patients might be in attendance?

Answer: It is always wise to have a signed release form of photographed individuals. Consider posting a photo disclaimer for events to address your general notices about photography and recording.

Customer Support

Question: How do you best combat a bad reputation in the market?

Answer: Referral sources and consumers appreciate honesty. Any negative issues and/or problems a practice may experience or be involved in must be addressed and not ignored. It is always recommended to take ownership of any issues/problems. Also, it is imperative that the entire practice be informed as they will be fielding any questions as well as what you've done to resolve it.
