Holiday Marketing...say "Thank You' on a Budget

Tis the season for gift giving but with narrow marketing budgets and fear of violating gift-giving laws, saying thank you to referral sources can be stressful. Like you, other medical professionals want to serve their patients in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Why not say ‘thank you’ in a way that improves their patients’ experience. This year, give a gift to assist a practice with their efforts of customer service. No matter the specialty, all physicians long for complete patient satisfaction and provide excellent customer service and that begins in the waiting room. Here are just a few ideas to get help you started. Be creative when delivering gifts.
