1WHO OWNS MY DATA AND IS IT SECURE?
Your data is your data and security of your notes is of the utmost importance to us. MDreferralPRO uses SSL encryption to provide secure communication between your browser and our servers. We also have a scheduled back-up process which runs nightly to protect against data loss. MDreferralPRO does not store patient data that poses a HIPAA concern.
2WHAT ARE THE INTERNET/OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) LIMITATIONS?
MDreferralPRO is web-based application and our support team suggests using the latest versions of a modern desktop browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
3HOW DO I GET MY REFERRAL DATA INTO MDreferralPRO?
For over a decade, we’ve been collaborating with multiple Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software companies to build the framework our users need for extracting ‘new patient’ referral data from their EMR to be imported into MDreferralPRO. Our collaborations include: Centricity, eClinicalWorks, Exscribe, Greenway Health, Greenway PrimeSUITE, Kareo, Kipu Systems, NextGen Healthcare, Nexttech, SuccessEHS and Vitera. 4HOW DO I GET MY CUSTOMER/PHYSICIAN RELATIONSHIP DATA INTO MDreferralPRO?
Users are able to manually add provider and/or facility details, update practice location(s), membership information and record notes and visit information into MDreferralPRO.
1HOW MUCH IS MDreferralPRO?
Begin using MDreferralPRO for as little as $350/month or $50/user. Pricing is dependent upon the size of your organization and the number of users. The Software as a Service (SaaS) is billed monthly or annually.
2ARE THERE ANY IMPLEMENTATION/SETUP FEES?
There is an initial implementation fee that covers user(s) and account setup, site structure creation, market activation, creation of initial target areas, and training sessions. Trainings consist of an Initial Training, Basic Training and Advanced Analytics Training. Trainings are scheduled Monday-Wednesdays, from 8:00am-3:30pm CDT.
3DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
To keep the cost of application low, we have a minimum commitment period of twenty four (24) months.
